I've purchased my files, what happens next?

After your purchase is complete, you will be emailed a pdf with a link to your files (the link will be at the bottom of the pdf). The pdf download will also be available to you on your order confirmation page.

Your purchase includes a collection of jpg files in one zip folder available for printing in the ratios and sizes below. As a reminder, these are digital products and no physical artwork will be shipped to you. Download your files as soon as you receive them to your computer. Zip files may not be compatible with your tablet or smartphone device.

I've downloaded the artwork files to my computer (not my tablet or phone), how do I open them?

STEP 1: Locate your downloads on you computer to find your new printables zip folder.

STEP 2: Extract the files from the zip folders (double click or right click, select "extract" and your files will appear in a new folder).

STEP 3: Select the size artwork you need and choose how you want to print it.

What are my printing options?

PRINT AT HOME: Please note 8x10 may be the largest size you can print at home. Set your printer to its highest quality setting, select "original size" or 100%, and uncheck "fit to page." This option is the fastest way to have your print ready, but printing in-store or online, may produce a higher quality print.

PRINT IN-STORE: Save your artwork to a USB, take it to a local store or upload online, and let the store take care of the printing for you. Pick up your print when it's ready.

PRINT ONLINE: Choose your favorite online printer, upload your artwork to their site and have it delivered directly to your door and enjoy!
